An aftermarket exhaust can trigger an "engine failure" message on the dash. Only an additional control unit clears that message. Read the instructions in the package before you install. The decat pipe goes in place of the catalytic converter.

Common Questions

Does the GPR Decat Pipe replace the catalytic converter?

It does. The kit holds no catalyst, because the pipe replaces the catalytic converter.

Will the F800GS show an engine failure message?

It can. GPR says an aftermarket exhaust may trigger the message, and only an additional control unit clears it.

What is the warranty?

GPR provides a 2-year international warranty.
