Malaguti models, from Madison scooters to 125 off-roaders

Start with the model name in the left column. A slip-on trades the stock silencer (muffler) for GPR's and connects with a link pipe, while a full system swaps the whole stock exhaust out. The scooters mostly take Evo4 Road, and the 125 off-roaders take Furore and Albus slip-ons.

Evo4 Road, the main scooter line

Evo4 Road gives the Madison 125, 150 and 250 - S, the Password 250 CK and the F12 Phantom Max 125, 150 and 250 a full system, and the Madison 400 and F12 Phantom Max 200 a slip-on. Its body is 304 stainless steel with a ceramic paint finish. Open Evo4 Road to see every scooter it covers.

Decat Pipes for the Dune 125

Malaguti lists two Decat Pipes, both for the Dune 125. They remove the catalytic converter from the exhaust path, carry no catalyst, come without a DB killer (baffle) and fall short of EPA/CARB certification. The wider range sits under Decat Pipes.

Where do I find my Malaguti scooter?

Use the Scooters pill at the top. It holds the Madison, F12 Phantom Max, Password and Spidermax. The Dune 125 and XTM 125 Enduro are under Trail and off-road, and the XSM 125 Supermoto is under Road.

How old a Malaguti can GPR fit?

The Madison 125, 150 and 250 - S, from 1999, are the oldest. The Madison 400 starts in 2002 and the F12 Phantom Max 200 in 2003, while the 125 off-roaders begin in 2018 or later.

Which Malaguti scooters take a full system?

The Madison 125, 150, 250 - S and 250 RS, the F12 Phantom Max 125, 150 and 250, and the Password 250 CK. The Madison 3, Madison 400, F12 Phantom Max 200 and both Spidermax models get slip-ons.

Do any Malaguti kits meet the EPA limit?

Not one says it does. The scooter kits state that they fall short of the EPA emissions limit, while the 125 off-road kits and Decat Pipes sit outside EPA/CARB certification.

Which Malaguti kits come without a DB killer?

Only the two Dune 125 Decat Pipes. Every other Malaguti exhaust lists a removable DB killer.

Is the Madison 3 250 the same as the Madison 250?

No. The Madison 3 250 motore Piaggio has its own Furore-X Scooter slip-on, and the Madison 250 RS has its own full system. Match the exact name.

Do the 125 off-roaders have more than one set of kits?

Yes. The XTM 125 Enduro, XSM 125 Supermoto and Dune 125 are each split by year in Furore Poppy, Furore Nero and Albus Ceramic, so read the years in the title.
