Returns & Refunds
This Return & Refund Policy applies to retail customers in the United States who purchase directly from GPR Exhausts Direct at gprexhaustsdirect.com. International returns may be handled differently.
Order Cancellations
We do accept cancellations. To cancel, send us a message through our Contact Us form immediately within 12 hours of placing the order.
Return Eligibility
- Returns accepted for 30 days: We accept returns for most new, uninstalled items within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Products must be unused, not installed, and returned in their original packaging with all hardware and accessories included.
- Items that have been installed, modified, or damaged due to improper use are not eligible for return due to safety regulations for motorcycle exhaust and performance parts.
Returns for Defective, Incorrect or Damaged Items
- We do not accept returns for defective, incorrect, or damaged items. If you have received a defective, incorrect, or damaged items, contact us immediately through our Contact Us form so that we can work through a claims / resolution process, not a standard return. For the claims / resolution process, we will ask the customer to provide us with a receipt of the purchase and pictures of the issue.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for Customer Remorse (wrong fit, doesn't fit, changed mind, purchased by mistake). We will exchange ONLY in the case of a defective, incorrect or damaged item. In this case, a restocking fee will not be applied and GPR Exhausts Direct provides for return shipping costs.
Final Sale Items
Certain items are designated as Final Sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange under any circumstances. Final Sale items are clearly marked on the product page prior to purchase. All sales of Final Sale items are final.
Final Sale designations may apply to items that cannot be resold for health, safety, or regulatory reasons once shipped, or items sold at a significant discount.

How to Start a Return
To request a return, please contact us before shipping your item back so we can issue return authorization and instructions:

- Call: +1-407-813-1140 (Mon–Fri, 9AM–5PM ET)
We normally respond to return requests within 2 business days.
Return Shipping & Fees
- Customer provides return shipping: For returns due to buyer’s remorse (changed mind, ordered wrong item, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. You may use any trackable carrier.
- 35% restocking fee: A 35% restocking fee applies to all approved non-defective returns to cover inspection, repackaging, and processing.
- For defective, damaged, or incorrect items received, contact us within 7 days of delivery. After approval, we will offer a resolution in the form of repair or replacement, in accordance with our Warranty Policy.
- The 7-day window applies to items that arrive damaged, incorrect, or visibly defective at the time of delivery. For defects in materials or workmanship that develop during normal use after delivery, please refer to our Warranty Policy.
Refund Processing
- Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.
- Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item shipped).
- Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Non-Returnable Situations
- Installed or modified parts.
- Items returned without authorization or outside the 30-day return window.
- Any product not purchased directly from gprexhaustsdirect.com.
- Items marked as "Final Sale".
