Can I cancel my order?

If the item(s) don’t meet your expectations, you may exchange them for a different style or return them for a full refund. Please review our return policy here.

What if I want to speak to someone?

We want to speak to you too! Contact us with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We will be sure to get back to you within 48 hours. However, please note that inquiries sent on Fridays will receive a reply the following Monday, but possibly sooner.

Shipping

What countries do you ship to?

We ship all domestic orders directly to customers across the United States. We also offer international shipping to select global destinations.

How long will it take to receive my order?

  • Standard Shipping: FREE on all orders within the contiguous United States.
  • Handling Time: 1–3 business days (Monday – Friday).
  • Transit Time: 3–5 business days (Monday – Friday).
  • Total Delivery Time: 4–8 business days.
  • Carrier: We utilize trusted domestic carriers including UPS, FedEx, and DHL.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

How long will it take to receive my refund?

  • Once your return is delivered to our Orlando facility and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.
  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item shipped).
  • Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
