GPR Exhausts Direct stands behind the quality of every product we sell. All GPR exhaust systems and components sold through gprexhaustsdirect.com are backed by a manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

Warranty Coverage

All products purchased through GPR Exhausts Direct are covered under a 2-year limited warranty from the date of original purchase.

This warranty covers:

  • Defects in materials
  • Defects in workmanship

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper installation
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Damage caused by accidents, crashes, or external impact
  • Products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers

Warranty Exclusions

The following conditions will void your warranty:

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications performed by a non-authorized party
  • Inability to provide valid proof of purchase
  • Products not purchased directly through gprexhaustsdirect.com or an authorized dealer

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact us before returning or shipping any product. All claims must go through our review process prior to any resolution.

Step 1 – Contact Us

Email us at support@gprexhaustsdirect.com with the following:

  • Your order number and proof of purchase
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos and/or video showing the defect or problem

Step 2 – Technical Review

Once we receive your submission, we will open a support ticket on your behalf. Our technical team will review the documentation provided. You will receive an initial response within 3 business days.

Step 3 – Inspection

Depending on the nature of the claim, we may require the item to be returned to us for physical inspection. We will provide instructions if this step is required.

Step 4 – Resolution

Once the claim has been reviewed and approved, we will work with you to reach a resolution. Please allow 7–10 business days from submission for full resolution.

Warranty Resolutions

Approved warranty claims will be resolved through one of the following, at our discretion:

  • Repair of the defective product
  • Replacement with the same or a similar product

Please note: Warranty claims do not qualify for a cash refund of the purchase price.
