Evo Titanium emissions and DB killers

A kit can be compliant with the EPA limit, short of it, or without EPA/CARB certification. Slip-ons and dual slip-ons are mostly compliant. Full systems and mid full systems are not.

Race slip-ons ship without a DB killer or catalyst, and GPR also warns about a possible ECU remap. On other kits, look up your local catalyst rules first.
