It doesn't matter how, but through a communication glitch the order was delayed. When GPR Exhaust Direct was made fully aware of this, they stepped up BIG TIME. How we got there is of little merit, what does count is thier response. I cannot say enough good about them. I will GLADLY order from them again. I will look on their site first.
