Fitment

Installation

An aftermarket exhaust can trigger an "engine failure" message on the dash. Only an additional control unit clears that message. Read the instructions in the package before you install. The decat pipe goes in place of the catalytic converter.

Common Questions

Does the GPR Decat Pipe Full Titanium replace the catalytic converter?

It does. The kit holds no catalyst, because the pipe replaces the catalytic converter.

Will the R1300GS show an engine failure message?

That can happen. GPR notes that only an additional control unit clears the message an aftermarket exhaust may trigger.

What is the warranty?

GPR provides a 2-year international warranty.
