Is the GPR Aeon exhausts street legal?

It depends on the exact fitment. GPR splits this range into emissions groups, and we record the status on every product page. Check the product you want before you buy.

Emissions Status	What It Means for You
Not EPA or CARB certified	Sold for closed-course competition use only.
EPA compliance not required	Off-road and ATV fitments that sit outside the EPA street rules.

Read this before you order. A large share of these fitments are race-use parts rather than street parts. Some also delete the catalytic converter and may need an ECU adjustment to run correctly. Send us your year, make, and model and we will tell you which group your bike falls into.

Which GPR Aeon system should you buy?

Each system type replaces a different amount of your stock exhaust.

System Type	Replaces	Best For
Full System	Headers, mid-pipe, and silencer	The biggest weight drop and the fullest tone change
Full System (Race)	Everything, catalytic converter deleted	Track and closed-course use only
Slip-On	Stock silencer only	A 20 to 30 minute bolt-on that changes the look and the tone
Decat Pipe	The catalytic converter section	Riders removing the cat as a separate step

Frequently asked questions about GPR Aeon exhausts

Does GPR make an exhaust for my Aeon?

GPR builds Aeon exhaust fitments covering model years 1980 to present, across ATV, Scooter machines. Filter this collection by model and year to check yours. If your model is not listed, contact us before you rule it out. GPR adds fitments through the year, and we can check the Italian factory catalog directly.

Will a GPR exhaust add horsepower to my Aeon?

GPR exhausts cut weight and improve exhaust flow compared to the stock Aeon system. Gains move with the model, the system type, and whether you fit a slip-on or a full system. GPR records a maximum power gain on individual products where the factory has dyno data, so check the product page for your exact Aeon rather than borrowing a number from another model.

Should I buy a slip-on or a full system for my Aeon?

A slip-on replaces the stock Aeon silencer only, and it fits in 20 to 30 minutes with basic tools. A full system replaces the headers and mid-pipe too, drops more weight, and changes the tone more completely. Full systems more often need a fueling adjustment. If this is your first exhaust on the bike, start with the slip-on.

Can I fit GPR luggage to my Aeon as well?

On many models, yes. GPR Tech makes model-specific top cases, side cases, and skid plates built to clear GPR exhausts. Check whether your Aeon appears in those collections, or send us your year and model.

Is GPR Exhausts Direct an authorized GPR dealer?
