GPR GP-Revo Black Titanium Full System Exhaust for the Aprilia RS660 2021-2024
On the 2021-2024 Aprilia RS660, the GPR GP-Revo Black Titanium full system replaces the stock exhaust system and its silencer (muffler). GPR created the GP-Revo to celebrate 20 years in the MotoGP, Moto2 and Moto3 world championships. The kit includes a removable DB killer.
Key Benefits
- Complete kit. With the full system, brackets and accessories in the box, the RS660 needs no structural modifications.
- Removable DB killer. A DB killer (baffle) comes with the kit, and it is removable.
- Ceramic-treated black titanium. Matte black end caps finish the matte black titanium conical silencer.
- Made in Italy. GPR builds the GP-Revo Black Titanium in Italy and backs it with a 2-year manufacturer warranty.

Installation and What Is Included
An aftermarket exhaust can trigger an "engine failure" message on the dash. Only an additional control unit clears that message. Read the instructions in the package before you install. The kit installs without structural modifications. For the install, GPR recommends a professional mechanic.
Included: full exhaust system, removable DB killer, brackets and fittings.
Common Questions
Will the RS660 show an engine failure message?
It can. GPR says an aftermarket exhaust may trigger the message, and only an additional control unit clears it.
